A plan-based approach to NAD+ care
Effecty lists both an injectable NAD+ offering and a nasal spray. Each has its own product page, while the current pricing structure presents monthly, three-month, six-month and annual choices. That makes the provider useful for examining how a lower monthly equivalent can require a larger commitment at enrollment.
The service describes online intake, a licensed provider's review and medication delivery if the patient is eligible. It also advertises ongoing messaging and medical support. These are descriptions of the available process. We have not enrolled, tested response times or assessed whether a particular reader would receive a prescription.
The lowest headline is promotional
Both checked pages lead with approximately $142 per month, linked to a first-order discount on a three-month supply. The underlying three-month rate is $175 per month. Multiplying that rate by three and subtracting the advertised $100 discount gives $425, or approximately $141.67 per month for that initial period. This is an interpretation of the published plan arithmetic, not a completed checkout quote.
The ordinary monthly option is $199, with a separate first-order promotion. Longer terms list $165 per month for six months and $160 per month for twelve months. Comparing only the largest headline discount would obscure both the billing interval and the amount committed. Confirm the selected total and renewal rate before paying.
What the plan says it includes
Effecty describes supplies, shipping, a prescription if eligible and ongoing medical support as included, with no membership fee. That is more informative than an unexplained vial-only price. It still leaves product-specific questions, including the quantity dispensed, pharmacy, formulation and how refills relate to the prepaid term.
Ask what happens when the clinician recommends a different product, declines to prescribe or stops treatment before a longer period ends. Also distinguish canceling the next renewal from obtaining a refund for medication already ordered. The product page's plan table does not, by itself, establish a refund entitlement or a cancellation deadline.
Keep support claims and outcomes separate
The public pages advertise continuous messaging access. We have not established that every message receives an immediate clinical response, and shipping language is not a measurement of support quality. Prospective patients should identify the medical contact, routine response expectations and the process for concerns that cannot wait for ordinary messaging.
Effecty's energy, clarity and healthy-aging statements are marketing claims. The biological importance of NAD+ does not demonstrate that either route produces those advertised outcomes. The product pages acknowledge that the offerings are not FDA-approved. Neither a prescription nor the absence of an insurance requirement changes the evidence for a finished preparation.
A practical way to shortlist Effecty
This provider is most straightforward to compare when the reader records the monthly plan and the longer-term alternatives separately. An initial discount may reduce the first payment, but the decision also involves future charges, the clinical plan and whether a prepaid commitment remains appropriate if circumstances change.
Use our individual injection and nasal reviews to keep route-specific questions visible. Then request a written estimate with the selected product, initial charge, billing interval, renewal amount and cancellation terms. Effecty earns a place in the register because those commercial choices can be examined, not because this publication has verified a superior clinical outcome.
Useful distinctions
- Both NAD+ routes separately documented
- Four billing intervals shown
- Plan inclusions and membership statement published
Limitations to weigh
- Headline reflects a conditional introductory discount
- Longer terms require more upfront commitment
- Product quantities and refund terms need confirmation
