How the worksheet works

The total includes the full initial package charge, even if your budget horizon is shorter than the package. Renewals begin only after the months covered by that first charge. Membership is added for every month in your selected horizon, and one-time charges are added once.

The result does not predict your prescription, dose, insurance reimbursement, refunds, taxes or unused medication. Add recurring consultation, shipping and laboratory charges to your inputs only when their amounts and schedules are known. If a provider bills quarterly after enrollment, use the actual invoice schedule to understand cash flow; a monthly equivalent alone cannot show when that payment is due.

A missing fee is not necessarily zero. Return to the provider before relying on an incomplete quote. The worksheet compares money, not effectiveness, absorption, safety or suitability.
