Two packages with different upfront charges
GobyMeds lists its NAD+ injection at $179 for the shorter package and $349 for the longer one. The page uses one-month and three-month headings while specifying four and twelve weeks of supply. We retain the week-based description because a four-week purchasing interval is not identical to a calendar month.
The longer package's displayed $116 monthly equivalent is rounded. Dividing the full $349 charge by three gives approximately $116.33, but the checkout commitment remains $349. That distinction matters when comparing a lower equivalent with a provider offering a smaller immediate payment. We have not completed checkout or obtained a patient-specific invoice.
One-time billing is a specific commercial feature
The offer says the customer pays once and receives one shipment, with no automatic renewal and no membership fee. That makes the payment model clearer than an unspecified subscription. It does not mean a future supply will be free or that a subsequent prescription can be obtained without another clinical review.
Before selecting the longer package, ask what happens if the clinician changes or stops the proposed treatment. The public eligibility-refund statement concerns people who are not eligible for a prescription; it should not be expanded into an unrestricted refund after medication has been dispensed. Obtain the terms that apply at each stage of the order.
What the package says it contains
GobyMeds describes an online visit, follow-up support, medication, syringes, alcohol swabs and refrigerated shipping within the injection offer. These are advertised inclusions. We have not tested the delivery process or measured support response times, and the product page alone does not establish whether every possible laboratory assessment is included.
The page discusses a range of possible concentrations, rather than supplying one universal vial specification for every patient. Ask for the actual concentration, total volume, pharmacy and prescribed supply before comparing quantities. A package described as four weeks does not give a reader enough information to design an administration schedule independently.
How to assess the product claims
The provider identifies the preparation as compounded and not FDA-approved. Its online availability is also subject to a prescription and location restrictions. A listed price therefore describes a potential purchase pathway; it does not guarantee eligibility or establish that the treatment is suitable for everyone who reports fatigue or wants support with healthy aging.
Energy, clarity and other advertised outcomes should be discussed in terms of evidence for the actual preparation and intended use. We did not verify those outcomes in an independent trial of this finished product. The fact that NAD+ has a biological role does not establish the size, timing or reliability of a benefit from this injection.
Delivery and follow-up questions worth resolving
Request the pharmacy's storage instructions and beyond-use date, plus a process for handling a shipment that arrives outside its required conditions. Refrigerated shipping is a logistical claim, not permission to assume an unlimited period of stability after delivery. Ask who handles both product-quality concerns and medical questions once the order has arrived.
GobyMeds' injection is comparatively easy to describe commercially because full package totals and several inclusions are published. Its strongest comparison point is that documented structure. Keep the $179 and $349 choices attached to their four- and twelve-week periods, then evaluate suitability and unresolved costs through the clinical assessment rather than through the headline equivalent alone.
