The initial purchase includes a device
The checked NAD+ AT HOME selector lists the pen and full kit at £375 for a single purchase. The contents section describes an auto-injector pen, two 500 mg cartridges totaling 1,000 mg, a travel case with cooling packs and administration supplies. That makes the initial purchase different from a medication refill without a device.
The amounts describe the advertised package, not an administration recommendation. Confirm the exact cartridge labeling and contents of the selected variant before ordering. This review does not assess the device's performance, certify the preparation or assume that an auto-injector makes a product appropriate for every person who prefers it to a vial.
Keep the full kit and refill choices separate
The page offers full-kit, refill and larger supply choices. A lower figure associated with a refill should not replace the price of the first complete kit. Likewise, a larger package may reduce an advertised equivalent while increasing the amount paid immediately. The selected variant and total should be recorded together.
For the monthly subscription option inspected, the selector showed £300 against the £375 one-time figure. That £75 difference applies to the displayed selection, not necessarily every future configuration. Ask whether subsequent shipments contain cartridges alone or another full kit, how device compatibility is maintained and when the next charge occurs.
Pounds and geography are part of the specification
The storefront uses GBP, so £375 should remain labeled as pounds rather than being compared numerically with US dollar injection plans. The provider's delivery policy focuses on UK destinations and says other territories are occasional. We did not verify routine US delivery, a US prescribing arrangement or the complete requirements for cross-border supply.
Confirm the destination and handling arrangements with the seller before relying on an express-delivery banner. The travel case and cooling packs are package features, not proof that every journey or temperature exposure is acceptable. Follow the product-specific storage requirements and ask how a shipment outside those conditions would be handled.
What the convenience claim cannot establish
The seller emphasizes simple administration, absorption and wellness benefits. Those are product claims rather than findings from our own use or a comparative trial. A device may alter the mechanics of administration without establishing superior energy, cognition or longevity outcomes from the preparation inside it. The clinical purpose still needs its own evidence discussion.
Request the relevant batch documentation and clarify which organization is responsible for clinical guidance, product quality and device problems. Also establish cancellation and replacement conditions before choosing a recurring option. This pen review is useful for distinguishing hardware, cartridges and purchase frequency; it does not turn a more convenient-looking package into a verified medical advantage or a substitute for an individualized assessment.
