NR/Niagen is distinct from NAD+

An appointment is the purchasing unit

Restore's NAD+ IV Drip is an in-studio service. The quote should therefore name the visit being purchased, the preparation used and the professional services included. It should not be compared directly with a home-injection vial simply because both contain NAD+ in the product name. The setting, staff involvement and administration process are different.

The service description includes a nurse practitioner telemedicine assessment and nursing involvement at the studio. Ask the location how that process is arranged for a first appointment and whether any consultation charge is separate from the infusion price.

Get a local quote with no substitutions

No universal NAD+ IV price was verified from the national page. Restore also states that not every service is offered at every location. Contact the studio you would actually attend and ask for a dated quote that identifies NAD+ specifically. The brand's separate references to NR or Niagen should not be treated as an interchangeable product.

If the quote includes an additional drip or optional ingredient, ask for that item to be separated. A bundled service may be what the clinic recommends or promotes, but the base price and optional additions should remain understandable.

Count time as well as money

The provider describes sessions lasting approximately one to four hours. Travel, registration and any preliminary assessment may add further time. A person planning repeated appointments should consider the practical cost of taking time away from work or arranging transport without pretending that those costs are identical for everyone.

Ask what happens if the session is interrupted, shortened or deferred after assessment. The answer may affect both scheduling and payment. A package quote should identify how many visits are purchased, when credits expire and whether unused visits can be refunded or transferred.

Membership discounts need their own calculation

A lower member price does not necessarily mean a lower total cost. Add the membership charge to the number of visits you realistically expect to attend, then compare that total with the nonmember option. Include renewal rules, credit expiration and cancellation timing before attributing a saving to the membership.

This calculation is about the commercial offer. The number and timing of medically appropriate visits must be discussed with a clinician rather than chosen to use up credits. A discount should not become the reason to buy a course that has not been clinically justified.

What an IV study can establish

The published 2019 pilot studied NAD-related blood and urine metabolites during an IV infusion in a small group. It does not establish that this studio's service improves cognition, reverses aging or delivers a predictable benefit to an individual customer. Restore's broader outcome language should be read as provider marketing rather than results of our review.

Medical supervision changes access to staff during the visit; it does not remove questions about the preparation's source, suitability or evidence. Ask the studio about its clinical assessment, pharmacy sourcing and response to an adverse reaction. The useful comparison is a well-specified service and an informed discussion, not a promise that a higher-cost setting creates greater benefit.

Useful distinctions

  • Defined in-studio care setting
  • Session time and staff roles are described
  • A quote can include administration services

Limitations to weigh

  • No verified national price
  • Membership and packages complicate the total
  • NAD+ and NR services must not be conflated
