Two NAD+ routes in an online care model

System Labs describes an online intake, clinician review by chat and pharmacy fulfillment when treatment is appropriate. Its current navigation separately identifies NAD+ injection and NAD+ nasal spray. We review each route individually because a vial and a nasal bottle have different specifications, and the availability of one does not establish clinical equivalence to the other.

The provider says treatment is sourced from licensed US pharmacies and advertises ongoing support. Those statements describe its service model. We have not verified every clinician's credentials, inspected a dispensing facility or measured response times. In particular, a two-day shipping claim should not be interpreted as a two-day guarantee for screening, prescribing or medical support.

Match the price to the selected term

The NAD injection pages served different public price presentations during this review. Rendered material included a quarterly-supply label with a $76 first-month figure beside $126, while another fetched product version displayed $89 per month. Those figures should not be combined into an invented initial or renewal schedule. The selected supply and checkout quote need to reconcile them.

The nasal listing consistently showed $69 for the first month beside a $119 reference figure. The reference price does not, on its own, state exactly when or how a later charge applies. We retain the first-month condition and ask for the written renewal terms, rather than silently treating every crossed-out or adjacent number as a confirmed continuing rate.

The order terms identify an important deadline

System Labs' terms distinguish cancellation before a prescription is sent to its pharmacy from the later fulfillment stage. They describe removing a temporary card authorization when an eligible order is canceled before processing, and do not offer ordinary returns for products already processed and shipped. Those stages matter more than a general promise that a plan can be paused.

The same terms ask customers to report damaged or incorrect shipments within seven days and describe replacement at the company's discretion. Readers should confirm how that policy applies to temperature or product-quality concerns. A public support channel is useful, but it does not establish the speed or outcome of an individual resolution.

Assess the preparation as well as the platform

The public pages discuss testing categories and promote NAD+ around energy, recovery and cellular health. We did not inspect a batch-specific report for a product dispensed to a patient or independently verify the advertised clinical outcomes. Ask the clinician and pharmacy for the actual formulation, quantity, storage conditions and supporting evidence relevant to the proposed use.

Compounded-drug status remains separate from claims about pharmacy registration or quality processes: FDA does not approve compounded preparations. System Labs adds two documented NAD routes with a clear digital care pathway. The remaining comparison work is to establish the precise supply, full payment schedule and product-specific evidence before treating an introductory headline as a dependable long-term budget.

Useful distinctions

  • Individual pages for both NAD routes
  • Order cancellation stages documented
  • Public testing and care-process descriptions

Limitations to weigh

  • Injection price versions need reconciliation
  • Reference prices do not prove a renewal invoice
  • No independent service or batch-quality audit
