The price is explicitly introductory
System Labs' NAD+ nasal page displays $69 for the first month alongside a $119 reference figure. The first-month wording is part of the offer and should travel with the number wherever it is compared. A reader budgeting for continued care should not repeat the $69 charge across twelve months without confirming the later payment schedule.
The adjacent $119 figure is useful context, but it is not by itself a complete renewal agreement. Ask when that amount applies, whether the billing period is monthly and whether any selected supply option changes the initial total. This review records the visible introductory offer without converting a reference price into an independently confirmed future invoice.
The bottle needs its own specification
The nasal treatment is separate from System Labs' injectable NAD+ service. The reviewed page establishes the route, but we did not verify a complete bottle specification for every prescription. Request volume, concentration, dispensing pharmacy and the expected supply period before comparing it with another provider's explicitly sized bottle.
Those details identify the purchase rather than proving an outcome. A higher concentration or a larger container does not establish superior absorption or a better clinical result. Do not use the injection page's quarterly quantity to infer the contents of this nasal product; the formulations and routes require their own assessment.
Automatic refills and cancellation stages
System Labs describes automatic refills and the ability to pause or cancel. Its terms make the pharmacy stage important: cancellation before the prescription is sent for fulfillment is different from a request after processing and shipment. Ask how far in advance a change must be made to stop the next order, and obtain confirmation that it has been recorded.
The terms describe contacting the company within seven days about damaged or incorrect shipments. That is a reporting condition, not a guarantee that every return request will be granted. The nasal bottle's storage and beyond-use instructions should come from the dispensing pharmacy, with a clear procedure for concerns about the condition of the delivery.
Convenience and clinical claims are different questions
The provider emphasizes a needle-free route and discusses energy, clarity and cellular recovery. Avoiding an injection may be a practical preference, but it does not establish that this finished nasal preparation delivers the claimed benefits or that its effects match an injection or infusion. We did not independently verify those route comparisons.
Before ordering, discuss the intended purpose, evidence and individual suitability with the clinician. Confirm the full charge, bottle details and support pathway at the same time. The $69 offer is a documented entry price; a useful continuing-cost comparison requires the renewal agreement and exact preparation, while compounded-drug status remains separate from the provider's pharmacy and quality assurances.
